New Regional Vice President Named for Leading Fitness Brand

Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn, a franchisee and area representative of Orangetheory Fitness which operates and oversees 90 studios across several high-growth markets and has grown its studio footprint by over four times, is pleased to announce the promotion of Regional Sales Manager Trisha Jordan to Regional Vice President of Florida. With this position, Jordan will lead all aspects of the business throughout the state of Florida, including the areas of Tampa Bay, Gainesville, Naples and Fort Myers.

“We are thrilled to have Trisha taking on this critical leadership role for Orangetheory Afterburn,” said Justin Ghadery, Chief Operating Office of Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn. “Her nine years of experience with Orangetheory Fitness, coupled with an impressive track record in business development and leadership for global brands like Lóreal and Paul Mitchell, makes her the right person to lead our continued growth across the state of Florida. Trisha is committed to results, passionate about people, and most importantly, an exemplary mother to five amazing children. We could not be more excited to watch her continue to excel in her career while inspiring so many other leaders across our portfolio.”

According to Club Automation, women make up around 70 percent of the global health and wellness workforce, but only hold about 25 percent of its leadership positions. Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn is working towards increasing that percentage with the promotion of Jordan and others within their organization.

Jordan began her tenure with Orangetheory as a General Manager in Tampa. After just over a year, she became the Regional Director of Sales and Operations in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area, and continued on to a more senior leadership role for a smaller franchise group. After an acquisition, Jordan joined the Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn team as a Regional Sales Manager. Jordan has a Bachelor of Communications degree with a focus on communication sciences and disorders from the University of South Florida.

“Since the pandemic, more individuals are looking to prioritize their health and wellbeing,” said Jordan. “Orangetheory Fitness has recognized this and is becoming a leader within the industry. We offer our members and staff an opportunity to a healthy and active life. Growing our studios throughout Florida and helping more individuals get stronger is the goal and I am excited to be a part of that growth.”

Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn opened their more recent Tampa – Gandy studio in early 2022 and plans to expand with the addition of Orangetheory Fitness Estero in the Southwest Florida area later this year.
