CHW Professional Consultants, a leading planning, surveying, engineering, landscape architecture, and construction services firm announces the enhancement of its multi-disciplinary team with the addition of an Ecological Services Department. 

Andy Woodruff joins CHW as Vice President and Senior Ecologist bringing over 30 years of ecological and environmental expertise in markets such as commercial, residential, transportation, marine, agricultural, mining, geophysical, and wetland mitigation projects. He offers the experience and portfolio to assist CHW in launching this new line of services that will better serve our clients and communities.

Mr. Andy Woodruff is a Senior Ecologist and Certified Professional Wetland Scientist serving as CHW Vice President of Ecological Services, with considerable experience in wetland and wildlife survey, permitting, and project management. Andy has an M.S. in Environmental Sciences from the University of Florida and a B.S. in Biology from Emory University. He and his team work together to provide insight into the complexities of environmental regulations and offer proactive, responsible solutions. Andy’s 30-plus years of experience include state, federal, and local permitting; agency negotiations; environmental impact assessments; ecological assessments; threatened and endangered species surveys and permitting, natural resource management, wetland mitigation, and restoration, and managing client relationships.
