This class focuses on learning how to leverage all you already know and take it to the next level.

Managing Virtual Teams for High Performance

This session explores how to effectively manage virtual teams by addressing issues of cultural and personal diversity, communication, and coordination issues. Best management practices for the people, processes, and tools will also be discussed.
