For any residents or companies overwhelmed by old documents, the Arc of Alachua County is here to help.
Starting Jan. 23, the Arc will host Free Shredding Day each Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in partnership with Gone4Ever Shredding, a document destruction service.
All Alachua County residents are welcome to use the service, located at 3303 NW 83rd St., to dispose of both secure and non-secure documents.
“I encourage residents to stop by and utilize this free service while learning more about the plethora of services we provide people with disabilities here at The Arc of Alachua County,” said Todd Baker, Assistant Director of Day Programs.
