ICI Homes, the developer and principal builder of Gainesville’s newest master-planned community Oakmont, recently celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony for its $6 million Resident Club in partnership with the five additional Oakmont home builders.

Scheduled for completion in spring 2016, the Oakmont Resident Club will be set amongst the community’s 556 acres and will house a 3,200 square-foot state-of-the-art fitness center and grand gathering room, as well as tennis courts, an amphitheater, a basketball court, resort-style swimming pool with five competition lap lanes and a multi-purpose field.

Guests of the celebration included Oakmont builders and representatives of Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Barry Bullard Homes, Jeffrey M. Wilde, Tommy Waters Custom Homes, Tommy Williams, and ICI Homes.  The Resident’s Club interior designer, Judith Sisler Johnston, of Jacksonville-based firm Sisler Johnston Interior Design, was also in attendance.

Plans at Oakmont range in size from 1,500 square feet to 10,000-square feet. Single-family homes start from the low $200s and custom estate homes start from the low $400s to more than $2 million. For more information, visit www.oakmontfl.com.
