Million dollar homes to feature Gainesville home

Million Dollar Homes, produced by CNBC, has chosen to feature a luxury Gainesville property for their “March Madness” themed segment, and is scheduled to air March 25 as the NCAA men’s basketball tournament is fully underway.

The “March Madness” segment will feature million dollar properties in communities that are home to the top basketball programs across the country. The Gators, currently ranked number one, have once again placed Gainesville in the spotlight.

The custom home built by Tommy Waters in 2002 is located in a gated neighborhood in northwest Gainesville called San Felasco Estates. It is offered for sale by Lauretta Fogg with Coldwell Banker M.M. Parrish, Realtors.

“This is great for Gainesville,” said J. Parrish, owner and broker of Coldwell Banker M.M. Parrish, Realtors. “Our community is regularly recognized as one of the best college towns. Our amazing quality of life and relatively low cost of living are often major factors contributing to our strong reputation, and here’s another chance for Gainesville to be featured on the national stage. Go Gators!”

Lauretta Fogg is a Broker-Associate and Sr. Vice President of Coldwell Banker M.M. Parrish, Realtors. She was the top listing agent, top selling agent and top overall residential producer for the company in 2013, is consistently among the top producing agents in the Gainesville area, and is in the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally.
