The Inspiring Women Leaders (IWL) Conference has announced their 2021 IWL Keynote Speakers: Kathey Porter, MBA, CPSD and Betsy Allen-Manning.  The 4th Annual Inspiring Women Leaders Conference will be held March 8-9, 2021. The conference will kick-off International Women’s Day and lead into 2 full conference days of keynote speakers, breakout sessions and prime networking opportunities to enhance participants’ personal and professional development. Kathey is a nationally recognized small business strategist and award winning supplier diversity expert. With a career spanning nearly two decades in marketing, small business development, supplier diversity and entrepreneurship, she has assisted numerous minority and women-owned businesses to receive millions of dollars in contract opportunities.

A sought after subject matter expert, Kathey is a frequent keynote speaker, panelist and workshop facilitator at conferences and events focusing on supplier diversity, small business development/entrepreneurship, women’s entrepreneurship and empowerment and diversity and inclusion and has addressed audiences at Inc Magazine’s Inc 5000, Fast Company, Interise, ESSENCE Festival, The Conference Board and MBDA, to name a few. In 2018, she was appointed to the Advisory Council on Small and Minority Business Development for the State of Florida.
