Instructional Designer/Professional Trainer for UF Human Resource Services
The Office of Human Resource Services at the University of Florida is currently recruiting an Instructional Designer/Professional Trainer to serve in the position of Human Resources Coordinator 2. The incumbent will work with other members of the Training and Development team in assessing the training needs of the institution and recommend, design, or develop appropriate training with primary focus on Financial and HR systems. This position will be responsible for presenting and facilitating related training to UF faculty and staff on a “need basis” or may assist with “train the trainer” efforts in preparing subject matter experts to deliver the same. In working with the Training and Development team, this position will work with myTraining, UF’s Learning Management System, to aid in administering the University’s training program.
The successful candidate must possess a Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience. Master’s degree in appropriate area of specialization with 3 to 5 years of experience working in the instructional design field is preferred.
