The Flats at Tioga Town Center was recently awarded the ‘2022 Excellence Award’ for ‘Large Community of the Year’ by the National Apartment Association (NAA). NAA’s annual Excellence Awards program recognizes outstanding performance and leadership across the rental housing industry – celebrating builders, industry professionals and affiliated apartment associations that make unique contributions to the industry.

NAA’s Excellence Awards offers more than 25 award categories grouped in five focus areas: Affiliate; Anthony V. Pusateri; Community; Company; and Individual Achievement. Nominees had to submit applications and were chosen by a panel of volunteer judges. The Flats at Tioga Town Center was one of three finalists, including Artistry KC Luxury Apartments in Kansas City, Missouri, and La Mansion Del Paso Apartments in Brownsville, Texas. Winners were announced at the NAA Excellence Awards ceremony with a plated lunch on Friday, June 24th at the annual Apartmentalize Conference in San Diego, California.
