Joe Cirulli and his staff of fitness professionals were excited to learn that they’d been selected to be a part of this elite group of private companies.
Joe Cirulli, who is no stranger to awards for both his company and leadership abilities, stresses that the success of Gainesville Health & Fitness is in large part a credit to the people. “Not only do I have the best staff,” Cirulli humbly brags of his roughly 480 employees, “but also the best members.” The proof is, as they say, really in the pudding when it comes to measuring just how much members really do love GHF. They report, on average, a retention rate that sits about 30% higher than average retention rates across the industry.
