Gainesville-Alachua County Association of Realtors® (GACAR) honored Susan McQuillan as its 2019 Realtor® of the Year. McQuillan is a Broker for Watson Realty Corp. Property Management.
The Realtor® of the Year award was presented on January 28th at the LAUNCH ‘20 Leadership Summit at Trinity United Methodist Church with over 500 people in attendance.
GACAR has presented the Realtor® of the Year award for more than 60 years. This award was established to honor the Realtor® member who has demonstrated continued personal involvement and support of GACAR and the real estate profession. Selection is based on ethics, character, and activity at the Local, State, and National levels.
McQuillan has served as President of GACAR and was previously a Director for the Gainesville Multiple Listing Service, Inc. For over 16 years, McQuillan has brought her expertise and leadership to multiple committees, Task Forces, and Presidential Advisory Groups while also being a fierce champion for our community. McQuillan proudly serves on the Advisory Board for Catholic Charities while working tirelessly on the unique issues affecting property managers and tenants in our area.
A respected member, McQuillan has distinguished herself as an exceptional professional and passionate community advocate. GACAR is pleased to recognize her as their 2019 Realtor® of the Year.
The Gainesville-Alachua County Association of Realtors® serves as the Voice of Real Estate in Alachua County. It is a trade organization that provides continuing education, programs, and services for its members. As of January 2020, GACAR represents approximately 1,300 real estate professionals.
