The City of Gainesville Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department has opened applications for 2014-2016 nonprofit grants.
The two available grants are the Outside Agency grant, which is set up to provide general operational support to Cultural Nonprofit Organizations inside the city limits, and the Arts Tag grant, designed to provide financial resources for a specific project to arts organizations, programs and activities. The application deadlines for the two are March 3 by 5 p.m. and March 15 by 5 p.m., respectively.
