Coastal Ridge Real Estate and H. Katz Capital have acquired Campus Lodge, a 360-unit, 1,115-bed student housing community located at 2800 SW Williston Road in Gainesville, Florida from EdR. This is the 19th joint venture acquisition between Coastal Ridge and H. Katz Capital which currently own and operates $796 million of student housing and multi-family apartments together throughout the United States.
Built in 2000, Campus Lodge offers 109 two-bedroom units, 107 three-bedroom units and 144 four-bedroom units with rents ranging from $1,206 to $2,052 per unit.
Campus Lodge is located minutes from the University of Florida, Interstate 75 and abundant retailers and restaurants in Downtown Gainesville.
