The first 365 by Whole Foods Market™ announced for the state of Florida is also the first anchor store to be announced for Butler Town Center.

The 365 by Whole Foods Market will open in advance of the 2018 opening of the Town Center. Scheduled to begin construction this spring, Butler Town Center is the newest phase of the iconic Butler Plaza. In addition to a selection of fashion, specialty retailers and fine dining, the center will boast enhanced architecture and amenities to serve local customers, daytime employees, hotel guests and visitors from around the region.

Other upcoming openings include a 22,000-square foot Marshalls location inthe Butler North section of the expanded Butler Plaza and a 35,000-square foot Ashley HomeStore opening in the Fall. These will be the first locations in greater Gainesville for both brands.

An additional 18,300 square feet of specialty store space has recently been added to the roster of signed leases at Butler North, an expansion of Butler Plaza. The recently signed smaller stores opening throughout the year include Jimmy John’s (April), Orangetheory Fitness (April), Eyeglass Express (June), Blown Salon (June) and these fall openings: Florida Credit Union, Lee Nails, Cricket Wireless, Jersey Mike’s and SportClips.
