Trimark Properties Breaks Ground on Savion Park Luxury Apartments

Trimark Properties announced that ground was broken Aug. 19 for its new Savion Park Luxury Apartments, a five-story, 55-unit student housing apartment building at 719 SW 5th Ave., now under construction by Roger B. Kennedy, Inc. under its $8.5 million contract with Midtown Properties of Gainesville, LLC.  Designed by Skinner Vignola McLean, Inc., Gainesville, the community is slated for fall 2014 move-in and will offer floor plans ranging from studio apartments to four-bedroom apartments and townhouses, according to its website.

In addition the apartments include gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances and Ethernet ports in every bedroom. Community features include a convenience elevator, resident parking a lighted jogging path and a pond.

Select apartments overlooking the pond feature floor-to-ceiling windows with automatic blinds. Others feature balconies or porches with eco-friendly Green furniture.

Apartments will cost from $799 to $2,496, which includes some utilities like pest control and Ethernet, according to Trimark marketing vice president Aubrey Morey. Despite the luxury, Savion Park’s greatest draw is its proximity to campus and Sorority Row, she said.
