On Friday, Jan. 24, The Education Foundation of Alachua County held its third annual “A Night in the Big Apple” silent auction and student performance event at the Santa Fe College Fine Arts building, presented by Cox Communications and Solar Impact.
The event featured performances from the Alachua County Public Schools High School Honor Band, Alachua County Public Schools High School Drama Students and the Eastside High School Chorus. The silent auction was stocked with items from both independent artists and designers and local businesses.
Awards were also presented by Santa Fe CIED Director Dug Jones to Davis and Judi Rembert and the G.W. Robinson family for their support of the Scholarships for Success program.
