Forrester Research Inc. has recognized SumTotal Systems as one of the nine “most significant software providers” for learning financial viability, management and collaboration.
Forrester, a global research and advisory firm, evaluated the software-as-a-service (SaaS) of management software providers against 57 specific talent management criteria. SumTotal earned perfect scores across 40 of the criteria area and received the highest score of any provider in learning management and succession planning.
In order to participate in the study, the software vendors were required to provide three solutions as SaaS offerings: performance management, learning management and succession planning.
SumTotal was also recognized in March by Bersin by Deloitte research as the world’s learning management system market share leader, and was awarded the “Best eLearning/Learning Management System 2013” in the Business Comparison Software awards at the LearnTec International Trade Fair.
