Park Ave: We are a 298-unit Luxury Apartment Community that is 100% smoke-free and pet friendly, allowing dogs of any size (breed restrictions apply) and offering a dog park, dog spa, and pet treat station.
Our community also has private garages and storage units available to rent. We offer our residents an Exclusive Athletic Health Club, Yoga Room, Resort-Style Pool with Beach Entry, Relaxing Club Lounge, Outdoor Screened Piazza, Multi-Media Internet Café and a Starbuck’s Coffee Station.
Luxury interiors include chef enthusiast kitchens, spa inspired bathrooms, contemporary lighting, wood inspired plank flooring, lush carpeting, full-size washer/dryers, USB charging stations, walk-in closets and balconies on select units.

Park Ave: As of right now, Dunkin Donuts, Bangkok Square, Taco Del Mar, Great Clips, and uBreakiFix are all officially slated to be part of Park Avenue Shops, which are located directly across from Park Avenue Apartments.
TBR: Why did you choose Gainesville as your new location?
Park Ave: It’s a great community with lots of new student housing, but very little new construction to serve the needs of professionals. We saw an unserved market which has proven to be vibrant and we love our new home in Gainesville!
TBR: What is the best thing you’ve ever been told by a resident?
Park Ave: We are often told variations on the theme that our community is the nicest, newest, and cleanest apartment community people have ever seen. Residents also rave about the location of the community offering so many options for job locations, shopping, and dining.
