Haven Hospice is a 2017 Hospice Honors recipient

Due to outstanding patient caregiver survey results, Haven Hospice was recently awarded the distinction of being named a 2017 Hospice Honors recipient by Deyta Analytics, a division of HEALTHCAREfirst. Hospice Honors is a prestigious program that recognizes hospices across the nation providing the highest level of quality as measured from the caregiver’s point of view.

“I want to recognize and congratulate our associates in their providing high-quality patient and caregiver experiences,” said Haven President Gayle Mattson. “Haven proactively seeks to improve the ways in which we serve our patients and provide comfort, care and compassion.”

Established over 38 years ago in Gainesville, Haven is one of the region’s largest, not-for-profit hospice and palliative organizations serving patients and families in 18 North Florida counties, including Duval County.
