The Gainesville Fine Arts Association (GFAA) has announced the return of one of their most popular events, their Artist Studio Tour on the weekend of July 14th-15th, 2018, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This free event, open to the public, is a self-guided tour through working artist studios in and around Gainesville, showcasing fine art and fine craft in a wide range of media and styles. This year the tour is featuring over 20 artists. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the artists and visit their creative spaces to gain a better understanding of their process through examples and impromptu demonstrations. The GFAA Artist Studio Tour will provide visitors with opportunities to view and purchase a wide range of original work directly from the artist.
