CVS Pharmacy will be opening on the first floor of Social 28, the new luxury student housing community across from Tigert Hall on 13th Street. Social 28 is located at 311 SW 13th Street in the heart of the University of Florida’s student population. The addition of a CVS Pharmacy compliments an array of features at the Social 28 location including automated car parking, multiple study rooms, lounges, 2 fitness centers, rooftop sundecks, 2nd floor pool with cabanas, grills and TV overlooking campus.
CVS/pharmacy will occupy 9,200 SF, the entire first floor, and is scheduled to open in spring 2016. The store will feature a variety of goods catering to students whose schedules demand convenience. Grab & Go food and drink options will be available along with all of life’s normal everyday necessities including health, beauty and personal care products, toiletries and household goods.
The deal was a collaborative effort a year in the making. Project teams from the Drotos Ryals Group, Social 28, CVS Pharmacy and Boos Development contributed to make it happen.
